Terms of Delivery

Delivery Terms – Cyprus
Sanotan Enterprises Ltd delivers the products you have purchased using ACS Courier Services. Sanotan Enterprises Ltd has a written & signed agreement with the above mentioned couriers regarding delivery of items.

Orders can be delivered:

• At your door by the above mentioned courier
• Collected from courier’s office in your town

Delivery charges:

• Until €30 order: Delivery charge: €3
• From €30 and above: Delivery charge: FREE

Sanotan Enterprises Ltd insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Kronos Express, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

• Orders will be delivered in max 2-5 working days.
• Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
• Please note that we do deliver on Weekends and Bank holidays on request.

Delivery Methods
Delivery at your door is available for addresses within city limits. Your parcel will be delivered between 9am 6:00pm Monday to Friday, as requested either in the morning or afternoon.

We do deliver outside city limits. The courier will contact you beforehand to confirm when the parcel is ready for collection.

Available delivery options will be displayed at the checkout page once you have completed your delivery address and postal code.

International
International orders can be made only with the following procedures:

• By email. Send us your order at sanotan@cytanet.com.cy indicating quantity and product code and we will reply with cost and available methods of delivery.
• By phone. Contact us at +357 23811270 / +357 99 625252 to place your order. Our friendly and experienced staff will inform you about the methods of delivery and costs and how to proceed with your order.

Products are delivered using Post Office, TNT or EMS Data Post. You will receive the tracking number by email once your order has been despatched.

• Orders will be delivered within 5-25 working days, depending the geographical zone of the recipient
• Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
• Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Weekends and Bank holidays

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country so we advise you contact your local customs office for further information.
